近期，我司发现有人非法通过手机移动App客户端假冒大钲资本/Centurium Capital，并通过该假冒大钲资本App发布虚假信息，以销售理财产品为名骗取他人财物，不仅严重侵犯了大钲资本的合法权益，也严重损害了其他公民的利益。

为切实维护广大投资者及我司合法权益，大钲资本特此声明如下：

第一、大钲资本从未通过互联网、移动APP、微信或任何社交媒体等渠道向不特定公众进行资本募集、销售理财产品等商业活动，也从未授权任何个人或实体通过上述公开渠道以我司的名义向公众进行任何此类销售活动。

第二、大钲资本的官方网站为：www.centurium.com，官方微信公众号为：CenturiumCapital。除此以外，大钲资本没有任何其他官网、微信公众号或移动App。如遭遇任何假冒大钲资本的非法行为，请立刻向公安机关、工商管理部门等监管部门报案。

第三、我司将采取一切必要的行动维护我司权益，品牌及声誉，并通过法律手段严厉追究相关个人或实体的法律责任。

在此，我司特别提醒投资者和长期关注我司的各界人士提高防范意识，仔细甄别，不要轻信误导、不实的宣传，通过正规渠道进行投资，以免上当受骗。
